New patients are always welcome to register with the Practice if they live in our practice catchment area (you can check using the map tool below).
You can click the link below to complete our online registration. It takes about 10 minutes to fill up the form, and if all the details you provide are correct, it takes up to 2 working days to process your registration form and get your current practice records.

Named GP
As of April 2015 all NHS Practices must assign and notify patients of their Named GP.
If you would like to know your Named GP please contact the surgery within working hours and our reception staff will be happy to inform you.
