Who is Eligible (Autumn 2025)
➢ Adults aged 75 years and over
➢ Residents in care homes for older adults
➢ Individuals who are immunosuppressed, aged 6 months and over
(Eligibility outlined in Chapter 14a of the Green Book– UKHSA guidance)
Booking an Appointment
• Book online via NHS website: Book, change, or cancel a COVID-19
vaccination appointment online – NHS
• Appointments available from 1 October 2025
• Patients can book now and choose a date/time from 1 October onwards
